To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All requests are for the time period between January 1, 2012 - Present
1. Any and all records including relating to the quarterly/annual budget for the funding dedicated to homelessness within the Ventura County.
2. Annual Homeless Count from January 1, 2012 to Present (in machine readable electronic spreadsheet format) and graph
RECORDS RELATING TO INDIVIDUAL LIVING IN RV'S OR VEHICLES
1. All statistics and documents related to the individuals/families living in RV's or other vehicles.
2. Any and all records relating to programs specifically for community members living in RV's
BUDGET ALLOCATION FOR COMMUNITY PROJECTS
1. Entire List of community projects funded by the 2.7 billion budget. [This includes records relating to their project name, allocated budget, contact information]
2. Documents related to the approval process for new community projects dedicated to helping the homeless.
3. All upcoming meeting Agenda Time/Dates, and agendas and previous meeting agendas from January 2021 to Present.
4. Current map and list of vacant county owned property.
5. Statistics relating to budget and homeless county for homeless living in Motels/Hotels. Statistics should be on a monthly and annual basis.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
