Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Requesting the cause and manner of death of homeless residents of Ventura County for the past two years.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The following email was sent with the above:
"Hello Mr. Robinson
Attached are the 2020 and 2021 to date known homeless deaths to the MEO. As I sent to you in 2019, I must reiterate, these are the “known” deaths, this is not an exhaustive of all county deaths. For all homeless VC deaths you need to contact the county epidemiologist at the office of Vital Stats at Public Health. The known deaths from the VCMEO are those that are reported to us. The Jurisdiction Declined cases will be listed but not have a cause and manner.
