Vallejo settlement data

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act and the Vallejo Sunshine Ordinance (Ord. 1426 N.C.(2d) § 1 (part), 1999.), I hereby request the following records:

For all cases settled or closed in the last 5 years: matter or case identifier, counterparty name, filing or initiation date, closure date, any amount paid to counterparty, accrued internal legal fees (if tracked), external legal fees, and counterparty legal fees (if recovered).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
