- Any emails, text messages, Apple iMessages, encrypted app messages, or other communications mentioning the words “discharge”, “media”, “news”, "Taco Bell", "Admiral Callaghan", “officer”, “shooting” "shot", “weapon”, or “Willie McCoy” sent or received by the Vallejo PD on February 9-11, March 2-5th, and March 28-30th, 2019.
- Disciplinary records for the 6 officers involved in the officer-involved shooting on February 9, 2019.
- Training records for the 6 officers involved in the officer-involved shooting on February 9, 2019.
- Current duty status for the 6 officers involved in the officer-involved shooting on February 9, 2019.
- The incident report and any after-action reports for the officer-involved shooting on February 9, 2019.
- All current policies maintained by the department regarding use of force.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
