2) The name and badge number of the detective involved in an incident in East Park Avenue on April 12, 2016 as reported here: http://www.wctv.tv/home/headlines/Valdosta-Detective-Suspended-Following-Viral-Video-375861861.html

Please include any details regarding disciplinary action related to this incident, as well as any past complaints or disciplinary actions involving the detective.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
