Pursuant to the Government Records Access and Management Act, I hereby request the following records:

-Any and all documents pertaining to the Western States Rural Natural Gas Initiative, now known as the Western States and Tribal Nations Natural Gas Initiative

-Any and all documents pertaining to the conceptualization, consideration and execution of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Baja California’s Ministry of Economic Development and the Utah Governor’s Office of Energy Development in August 2018

-Any and all documents pertaining to the planning, execution and aftermath of the Utah Governor’s Office of Energy Development August 2018 stakeholder trip to Port of Ensenada and more broadly to Baja California

-Any and all documents pertaining to communications about the proposed Costa Azul LNG facility in Ensenada, Baja California, owned by the company Sempra Energy, whose subsidiary in Mexico goes by the name IEnova (full name: Infraestructura Enérgetica Nova S.A.B. de C.V.).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
