It doesn't look like we received your original request in October. All
requests for records need to be sent to records@sgcity.org. It looks like
you sent it directly to one of our records technicians that was out of town
at the time and you received an "out of the office" reply on 11/14/22. She
checked her email and could not find the request, so I'm not sure why
that happened. I'll contact our IT personnel and let them know about the
issue. Can you please resend that to the records@sgcity.org email? Thank
you!

filed by one officer/the department against another officer.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.
