Hi there,

Thank you for the response. I have filed identical requests in other states, and have rarely run into problems such as this. I am only interested in the provider, year, and type of service provided, for ICD-9 code 300.14 and ICD-10 F44.81, for the years 2000 through 2017. I am seeking only fee for service reimbursements. No other state has interpreted my request as a potential violation of HIPAA. Moreover, no other state has stated that it would be too complex to generate a report. I can only imagine this to be the case if your records are not digitized.

Please re-assess your rejection of my request in light of the information provided above.
