GRAMA request: copy of all electronic records between certain entitites - Governor's office

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA), Title 63G Chapter 2 of the Utah Code, I hereby request access to and a copy of all electronic correspondence between the Utah Governor's Office and the following entities:

Utah Mining Association
Alton Coal Development
Cloud Peak Energy
American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE)
Powder River Coal
Alpha Coal West

Black Thunder

The scope of the request includes the following individuals within the Utah Governor's Office and should include but is not limited to emails, attachments, both sent and received, text messages, both sent and received and all other electronic records:

Kathy Whitehead
Fran Stultz
Kristen Cox
Gordon Larsen

Please conduct a search for records between September 1, 2017 and the date of your final response.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hi Mr. Sumbot,
Thank you for continuing to process my other request, similar to this one but regarding search terms. I noticed that this specific request regarding communication between representatives from several entities hasn't been acknowledged. It was filed on the same day as my other request that you have responded to, February 28. Since it was similar to my other request it might have gotten mixed up.
