To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act (“GRAMA”), I hereby request the following records:
A full copy of agreement #2013-18 and all additional documents related to the new surveillance system for the county's golf courses including the scope of work and any diagrams. The contract went to Stanley Convergent Security Solutions.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
Davis County complies with the State of Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). GRAMA requires that the name, mailing address, and daytime telephone number must be included in an official records request. See Utah Code §63G-2-204(1)(a). Please include your daytime telephone number, and upon receipt of this information, I will begin the process to respond to your request.

What is the reason for some of the equipment quantities being redacted, but not all of them?
It appears the office that redacted the contract overlooked the quantity in that column, as the legibility was poor.
