Please provide me with the relatives address where the incident took place? What is her Date of Birth?
Was Dr. Barbara Snow arrested?
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,

Hi there,

All of the information I have about the incident is from a complaint filed against Dr. Snow with her licensing oversight board. You can view the complaint here, on page 7:
https://cdn.muckrock.com/foia_files/2018/06/06/GRAMA_records_reply_-_Evan_Anderson_-_Muckrock.com_May_2018.pdf
Information regarding the address where the incident took place is redacted, but the licensing board certainly has it. I am not sure if they would be able to tell you.
Page 10 mentions that charges were filed and that she "eluded" police for some period of time. It's unclear if she was arrested.
I'm unable to locate a date of birth for her, but again the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing has it.

I hope this helps.

Thank you,
Evan
