Pursuant to Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act (“GRAMA”), I hereby request the following records:
Apple, Inc.’s annual recycling report submitted under Utah’s Disposal of Electronic Waste law for 2014, 2015, and 2016 (if available).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE's science and technology website (www.motherboard.vice.com).
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

GRAMA Request dated 9/29/2016
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has no annual
reports from Apple regarding recycling. In September of 2014, Apple did
let us know about their recycling plan and education program. That is the
one and only record received from them (attached). This has been verified
by our recycling manager.
