Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
I seek all records concerning any contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, or other written instruments between the city of University Park and Amazon or any other subsidiaries regarding the following Amazon fulfillment centers, including but not limited to any agreements concerning taxation or the provision of any municipal resources:
SW Corner of Central Avenue and Steger Road, University Park, Illinois, USA, 60449
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This responds to your FOIA request under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act requesting the following, and to follow up on our previous phone conversation where I requested clarity on the first paragraph: I seek all records concerning any contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, or other written instruments between the city of University Park and Amazon or any other subsidiaries regarding the following Amazon fulfillment centers, including but not limited to any agreements concerning taxation or the provision of any municipal resources:
As I stated in our telephone conversation, we need you to clarify specifically what information you are seeking
The Village of University Park does not have any contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, or other written instruments between the city of University Park and Amazon or any other subsidiaries regarding the Amazon fulfillment centers.
