This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any and all Zoo and Aquarium All Hazards Preparedness (ZAAHP) fusion center documents, including but not limited to: memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with the federal agencies listed below; any and all tabletop and virtual exercises associated with ZAAHP fusion center emergency preparedness; and any and all intelligence product created and disseminated by the ZAAHP fusion center.
This request is for any and all MOUs and intelligence product including but not limited to bulletins disseminated to the following federal agencies: United States Department of Agriculture; Department of Homeland Security; Federal Emergency Management Agency; Department of Health and Human Services; Center for Disease Control; and the Transportation and Security Administration.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am writing on behalf of APHIS in reference to the attached request. Our office received your request today. Your request asked for the following items:
1. Any and all Zoo and Aquarium All Hazards Preparedness (ZAAHP) fusion center documents, including but not limited to: memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with the federal agencies listed below; any and all tabletop and virtual exercises associated with ZAAHP fusion center emergency preparedness; and any and all intelligence product created and disseminated by the ZAAHP fusion center.
2. This request is for any and all MOUs and intelligence product including but not limited to bulletins disseminated to the following federal agencies: United States Department of Agriculture; Department of Homeland Security; Federal Emergency Management Agency; Department of Health and Human Services; Center for Disease Control; and the Transportation and Security Administration.
In accordance with Freedom of Information Act request guidelines, your request must reasonably describe the requested information. The request being reasonably described allows an employee familiar with the subject area to locate the requested record with a reasonable amount of effort. We are not certain what you are requesting, with respect to Item 1 – “any and all intelligence product created and disseminated by the ZAAHP” and Item 2 “intelligence product including but not limited to bulletins disseminated to the following federal agencies: United State Department of Agriculture.” Our office was not sure what you meant by intelligence product. Please clarify your request to assist us in determining if we can fulfill your request and where to direct it to the appropriate office to search for responsive records.
Our office will continue to process the remaining portions of Items 1 and 2 of your request. If I do not hear from you by August 21, 2015, our office will assume that you are not interested in the portions in which we requested clarification.
