Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The SEC uses a 'secure' email service known as "Zix". (https://web1.zixmail.net/s/messagecenter?b=sec).

I would like to obtain any and all records regarding the Zix system, specifically detailed below:

1.) SEC Staff 'user manual' for the Zix email system;
2.) Any documents detailing how the SEC deals with Zix email records that are set to expire after 90 days. Any document that detail a backup or document retention system after the 90 days;
3.) Any documents that detail whether the Zix email system is required for communications from the Office of the Whistleblower; and
4.) Any documents that detail whether the Zix email system has been reviewed or approved by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA);

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
