Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by Florida State Director Larry Williams that contains one or more of the following words or phrases: "foreseeable future", "sea level rise", "sea level", "Key deer" and/or "climate change".
This request also seeks any written or electronic communication, including email attachments, sent or received by Williams related to the proposed downlisting and/or de-listing of the Key deer, an endangered species in Florida.
This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2018. This request does not seek generic news aggregations or generic press releases.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
