Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I seek any and all documents in the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s possession that pertain to the WikiLeaks website or organization from January 2006 to the present date, including but not limited to any identified in response to request # DTRA 14-02.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Attached is the final response to your request below, which was assigned DTRA FOIA Request 19-064. Also, please note that DTRA does not have a FOIA request 14-02, so no records were located for that request number; however, there was a response to Muckrock on DTRA FOIA case 14-021 pertaining to WikiLeaks. I'm providing that final response to you (see attached). As stated in final response letter of FOIA case number 14-021, a document was located in 2014 that did not originate with DTRA. As such, the record was forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget for review and direct response to requester. Thanks.

I am writing to let you know that you mailed your FOIA appeal meant for the
Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to the wrong address. You mailed it
to the National Archives address in College Park, MD. You need to mail it
to the address that the DTRA gave you in paragraph 3 of their response
letter dated December 10, 2019.

I have attached a copy of what you mailed to NARA.
