Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request the contents of an attachment sent by an unknown sender account @who.eop.gov from 20 February 2017. The Internal department of education recipient was a "Joshua Venable" and the subject line of the email is "Revised Guidance Letter".

The attachment to that email I would like to have provided in full is titled, "Joint.Guidance (2.20 edits).docx"

If possible, I would also like to formally request any other communications to Mr. Venable or any other members of department of education staff from this white house sender. Please include any handwritten notes which may have been generated as a direct line of action from this message sent on behalf of the white house.

I have attached a screenshot of the email released by the Department of Education, please see the image for more specific information as it pertains to this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Very disappointing. I hope that someday the department of education will be willing to discuss why refusing title 9 protections for one particular class of students was justified.
