Whether Initial Bargaining Lead to Contract

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

For cases where the FMCS was notified of bargaining for initial contract, please provide records sufficient to indicate whether a contract agreement was reached, and data sufficient to identify the case in the F-7 notification data published on the FMCS website (such as date of notice, parties, bargaining unit, etc).

If a contract agreement was reached, please provide the date of contract agreement if available.

Please provide these data for cases where the FMCS was notified of initial bargaining since 2015 through the date of fulfillment of this request.

I approve any associated fees up to $100. If the fees are higher, I may be willing to pay a higher cost given a cost justification.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
