This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
1. any documents or records pertaining to an investigation into the so-called "Plebe Pillow Fight," on or about August 20, 2015, as first reported on by the New York Times on September 4, 2015;
2. any of Lt. Gen. Robert L. Caslen's handwritten or emailed correspondence pertaining to the Plebe Pillow Fight of August 2015;
3. any of Lt. Gen. Caslen's handwritten or emailed correspondence pertaining to similar pillow fights in 2013 and 2014.
This request is being made in the course of newsgathering.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
