West Heating Plant Steam Tunnels

To Whom It May Concern: Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I
hereby request the following records: As a part of the West Heating Plant
disposal, comment responses were posted online:

The comments contain this paragraph: The property, as excess Federal
property, will be disposed of in an “As is/Where is” condition.
The steam tunnels would remain in place, and the future owner will be
responsible for sealing the steam tunnels and accounting for the location
of the sewer in the development planning process. Historical information
and other maintenance work in that area indicates that the steam tunnels
adjacent to the West Heating Plant do not contain asbestos.;

*I would like to obtain a copy of the historical information; referenced
above, as well as any maps and photographs showing steam tunnels in the
District of Columbia. *
