This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I would like to obtain all email records sent to, sent from, or copied to whistleblower@consumerfinance.gov, info@consumerfinance.gov or CFPBOmbudsman@cfpb.gov from January 1, 2015 to Present Day that contain the non-case sensitive keyword "Wells Fargo". Should you need any more information or if this request is too broad, please let me know and I will be happy to provide more information. Please do not close my request without consulting me first, I am happy to modify my request if it can not be processed as is.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank your for the estimation on fees. Because the fees are larger than expected, I will attempt to crowdfund the payment.
However, in the mean time, please release the first 100 pages or two hours of work. It would be great to obtain at least a few pages of information before paying the entire estimated cost.
Please let me know if that works.
