Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
During the April 26, 2022, Supreme Court oral argument in the Remain in Mexico litigation, Solicitor General Prelogar described a standing weekly call between U.S. immigration officials at DHS, the State Department, the White House, and their counterparts in Mexico.
Please provide all DHS records pertaining to these weekly calls, created on or after November 18, 2019. This includes, but is not limited to, agendas for the call, minutes or readouts of items discussed, notes and documents shared with the Government of Mexico or received by the Government of Mexico, and any DHS policy documents or records that were created following discussion about such policies on these weekly calls.
