From: GSA FOIA

Good Afternoon Mr. Zack Sampson:

We received your request in the U. S. General Services Administration (GSA)
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office and assigned control FOIA IQ
number *259149*. Please refer to this number in all future correspondence
concerning this request. We have twenty workdays from today’s day in which
to respond (excluding Federal holidays). Based on this, we anticipate
response on or before November 14, 2013.

However, it may not always be possible to provide the documents within this
time period. In some cases, we may take an extension and will advise you.
Please be advised that your request may be subject to fees for search,
review and reproduction costs. Should this be the case, you will be given
an estimate of the costs. All estimates in excess of two hundred and fifty
dollars ($250) must be paid in advance of beginning the work. Estimates are
developed in good faith and are based on our reasonable judgment. However
due to the unique nature of each request and complexity of documents
involved, actual costs to search and review the material may vary. You will
be notified of fees, time frames and any other issues prior to and
throughout the process.

From: GSA FOIA

Good afternoon Mr. Sampson,

I apologize for the delay on getting this FOIA request response to you.
Our data and information pull has now been completed. We had a successful
information pull and received thousands of pages of documents relating to
your FOIA request. My staff is currently reviewing and redacting (per FOIA
Exemption Law) where necessary and preparing this package for final release
to you. This is a tedious and time-consuming process. Given GSA's current
FOIA workload and FOIA request backlog, I am estimating to have this FOIA
response package to you by the end of May. We will keep you notified of
any changes to this anticipated release date.

Thank you.
