Dear Mr. Sampson,

I am writing in response to your request for a status update on the subject FOIA request. The Office of the Chief Information (OCIO) has located several responsive documents that are currently under review for releasability. In addition, I just received a recommendation of another possible source for responsive documents, and that search is being conducted. Once all responsive documents are received and reviewed internally within the OCIO, the response will be sent to General Counsel for final review. At this point, I estimate that we'll have a response to you no later than Friday, December 20.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Valerie
