This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any and all records or documents related to meetings or correspondence between officials and staffers at the DOI's Office of the Secretary, and any of the following individuals: Nancy McNally of the lobbying firm Van Ness Feldman LLP; Sean Taylor of Van Ness Feldman; Jonathan Simon of Van Ness Feldman; and/or Alan Mintz of Van Ness Feldman. This request only seeks records that pertain to the National Park Service's "water bottle ban", also known as PM 11-03. The date of this request spans the period of January 20, 2017 to the present.
I am a reporter for Pacific Standard magazine, and the requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
