Washington Union Station line consultant reports

Greetings Amtrak FOIA staff,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following records:

Reports, written recommendations, or any other work products regarding Washington Union Station produced for Amtrak by the line consultant hired by Amtrak to consult regarding boarding arrangements. Please limit your search to the last five years. The requested documents will be immediately and freely available to the public on muckrock.com, and this request is not being made for any commercial purpose.

I am willing to pay all applicable fees, however if fees will exceed $50 please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Following up on the status of request 20-FOI-00003. I understand processing has probably been delayed given the circumstances, just wondering how things look as far as this request.
