I would like to formally request all of FBI's case files, memorandums, internal emails or any other form of documentation including recorded audio/visual content on the w00w00 hacking group. This request will cover the years 1996-2010. For context see the news attachment on the group.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I would like to file an appeal on this decision on the basis that the last communication does not indicate that the search used variations on the search term 'w00' (with numeric 0 characters and not alphabetic O characters). The difference is important to this search, so please confirm that the search was conducted with NUMERIC characters w'00' w'00'. Also please confirm that FBI has searched the Central Records System and the MISUR, FISUR, ELSUR and TESUR indices. Thank you!
