Greetings NNSA FOIA official,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. The final development report for the W-71 warhead, including all appendices, attachments, etc.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public. I am making the request out of personal interest, and have no commercial, trade, profit, or other remunerative interest in the request.

I am willing to pay applicable fees, however in the event fees will exceed $50 (fifty dollars) I request a statement of the charges prior to completing the request. I request that the request be fulfilled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
