Viernes and Domingo

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I'm looking for any records pertaining to Silme Domingo and Gene Viernes, including:

a. records pertaining to the murders of Silme Domingo and Gene Viernes, which occurred on June 1, 1981
b. records pertaining to the trials in King County, Washington of State v Pompeyo Guloy, State v Jimmy Ramil, State v Fortunato Dictado, State v Constantino Baruso for involvement in the murders of Silme Domingo and Gene Viernes
c. records pertaining to the activities of the Committee for Justice for Viernes and Domingo from 1981 - 1991
d. records pertaining to the lawsuits related to the deaths of Silme Domingo and Gene Viernes, including Domingo et al. v. Marcos and Domingo et al. v. Republic of Philippines, filed in U.S. District Court

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

The request is being made by a graduate student at Stanford University for research purposes. I request that fees associated with the request be waived.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
