This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records, dating from January 1, 2010 to present:

Reports, e-mails and any other documents or correspondence from "industry operations investigators" working for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives describing, detailing, or reporting violation(s) of federal law or regulation on the part of a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder based in or operating in the state of Vermont. This request includes, but is not limited to: Formal "Report of Violations," warning letters, or notices of warning conference.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and I am making this request in my role as a professional journalist.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
