Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am hereby requesting the following records that relate to Venntel. (https://www.wsj.com/articles/federal-agencies-use-cellphone-location-data-for-immigration-enforcement-11581078600)

1) Any contracts, memorandums of understanding, purchase, orders, invoices, and receipts related to "Venntel." These documents may be addressed directly to but should necessarily mention "Venntel."

2) All instructional materials, presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slides formats), and other guidance on the use of "Venntel." This includes:
A) any notes taken during meetings that discussed the use of "Venntel."
B) any explanations (whether internally or externally generated) of how "Venntel."
C) any other document that has been used to help explain the use of "Venntel" to any party, including internal documentation, public relations materials, and executive summaries.

3) Any contracts, memorandums of understanding, purchase, orders, invoices, and receipts related to the following contract award IDs:

4) All instructional materials, presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slides formats), and other guidance documents related to the following contract award IDs:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Estimated Dates of Completion
Requests are processed in the order in which they are received through our multi-track processing system. Requests are divided into two primary tracks--simple (under 50 pages of potentially responsive documents) and complex (over 50 pages of potentially responsive documents). Complex requests are further divided into medium, large, and extra-large sub-tracks based upon request size. Simple track requests typically require the least amount of time to process. Currently, simple track cases average approximately 104 days from the date of receipt for processing. Our complex requests in the medium processing track are currently averaging 853 days, large processing track are currently averaging approximately 1,786 days, and extra-large processing track are currently averaging 2,500 days for processing.
