I am appealing the integrity of the search in its entirety, as the DOJ has already revealed the Bureau's interest in court filings, as well as their intent to not prosecute. As such, the Bureau's claim to be unable to find records is inconsistent with a competently performed good faith search, and no categorical b7A or b1 exemption may be cited for the matters.
