Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any records or e-mails related to the investigation into the disappearance of Vanessa Guillen from Fort Hood, TX. Specifically e-mails (or text messages from government phones, instant messages on government messaging applications) that mention Vanessa Guillen between the date she went missing 22 APR 20, and 2 JUL 20. E-mails (or other type of materials listed above) from the base commander, her battalion command, armory staff, and Vanessa Guillen’s squad and platoon leaders are specifically requested.

Additionally, 3rd Cavalry armory logs and notes and staff duty roster for the period of 0000 22 APR 20 to 2359 23 APR 20 are also requested.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
