Good afternoon,

I'm a bit confused about your previous communication. When you say you were unable to "locate this particular request that you are seeking" is this to say that you haven't found responsive documents, or that that the request has been lost? Please let me know the status of my request, and if an appeal is required. Happy to talk on the phone, if required: 802-274-0365

From: U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

No, we are not saying that we haven't found responsive documents or that the request is lost. We need to a closer look through the 18 FOIA requests that we have logged in for you to determine if the request in question is among them. You can expect an answer by tomorrow sir. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Craven,

This is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request dated December 14, 2016 (assigned FOIA #18-01163-F), in which you requested an electronic copy of all agency briefing materials related to the Presidential transition for Agency Review Teams.

This letter is to inform you that the information you requested in reference to the Presidential Transition team has been uploaded to VA's FOIA website, which contains public records that have been previously requested by another member of the public and are likely to become the subject of another FOIA request. The office of Enterprise Integration did not correspond through email, we received request for information orally in the meetings held daily with the Presidential Transition team.

Link to VA's FOIA website is listed below:

Once on the website, select FOIA Library on the left hand side of the page. The file will be listed under Other Records. Titled -2016 Presidential User Guide.
I have also attached a copy above due to the delay.
