This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All complaints related to mental health care filed through the Office of the Inspector General Hotline between 2011 and 2015.

In addition, I hereby request that the Department of Veterans Affairs recognize my status as a media requester to reflect that I am submitting the present request in my capacity as a journalist working on a story for publication.
