This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

* Staff roster for U.S. Postal Service's "East Union" office at 1110 23rd Avenue in Seattle, Washington

* Staff schedule and attendance records for the East Union office applicable to Saturday, January 12, 2013

* Any audio, video, or photographic records made in the vicinity of the retail counter of the East Union office between 1:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. on January 12, 2013, such as those recorded by the surveillance camera mounted on the wall adjacent to the retail counter

* A log of Web addresses browsed to on the computer in the East Union office whose monitor is visible from the delivery pickup window, between 1:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. on January 12, 2013

* Any incident reports, daily activity logs, and similar records filed by Justin at the East Union office regarding his work at that office on January 12, 2013

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I ask that any redactions be "blacked out" rather than "whited out".

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I appeal. The name I provided, Justin, was all the identifying information the man working at this USPS office, claiming to be a station manager, provided to me during my in-person interaction with him. I have attempted to discover his surname by requesting relevant records, but you have denied me access to that information.
