This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All annual reports regarding the percentage of BioPreferred products used within detention facility under contract with the U.S. Marshals Service. Please provide all responsive materials available for as long as they have been created.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The United States Marshals Service is responding to your Freedom of Information Act Request captioned as above.

Pursuant to your request, a search was conducted of the Prisoner Operations Division and the Office of Procurement and no documents responsive to your request were located. If you have not already done so, you may wish to contact facilities directly to obtain the information you seek.
