Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The USMS Policy Directive(s) concerning arrest procedures and what is supposed to happen after the USMS makes an arrest without a warrant. I have a copy of a document dated 7/24/08 entitled "USMS Directives " "8.3 arrests", however, it is not published on the DOJ websites nor are any documents about arrest procedures that date from before or after July 24, 2008. Please send all versions of this document.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
