Good Morning

We have received 3 separate FOIA request from you via the Muckrock.com news
service. As such we have 3 different email addresses to communicate with
you regarding your FOIA requests. If you can provide us with one single
email address and/or your direct contact information that would be greatly
appreciated.

Request 1:

You are seeking all notices of Violations of the MB Treaty Act and Golden
Eagle Protection Act issued between Jan 1, 2005 and June 20, 2016.

We will classified you as an “All Other User” because we do not see any
additional information that would change our position.

Would you be willing to accept a Violations Report out of our Law
Enforcement Management Information System (LEMIS) database to include the
below columns of information:

Region, Violation Date, Port, Species Code, Wildlife Description, Origin,
Act, Act Violation, Charged, Charged Type, Net Jail Months, Net Probation
Months, Net Criminal Fines, Net Civil Fines

A release of this sort would be considered a full release and we could
potentially complete this request within 10 business days if not sooner.
Additionally, there would be no fees associated with this request.

Respectfully,

Michael Jenkins
