From: Tony Webster

Ms. Henson,

Thank you for your time on the phone. As we discussed:

1. I remove 'notes' and 'documents' generally, believing that those items are likely well-covered by 'inspections' and 'reports'.

2. With regard to images, photographs, audio, or video recordings: I am seeking any images, and any photographs, and any audio recordings, and any video recordings of, at, or relating to the listed subjects of the request. I would expect that this includes (but is not limited to) photographs and recordings taken at the Renner's Kennel facility or in connection with any inspection or enforcement action.

3. We can remove 'orders' on the understanding that 'enforcement actions' seeks any documents or data as part of any enforcement action of or on the subjects, which include enforcement action orders.

4. The request does cover 15 years, but given the nature of inspections being spread out over time, sporadic enforcement actions, and an underlying records retention policy that may limit the availability of data in certain places, we'll keep the time scope of the request as originally stated. However, if you find this is burdensome with respect to any particular data, please reach out and I'm more than happy to discuss it.

I hope this reduces the agency burden of the request and provides clarity, but of course, feel free to reach out with any other concerns or questions. I would appreciate your confirmation of receipt of this email.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards and happy holidays,
Tony Webster
