This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

1. All emails to or from the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association sent between July 15, 2012, and August 15, 2012.

2. All emails containing "Meatless Mondays" in the subject field or body of the email sent between July 15, 2012, and August 15, 2012.

3. All Public Financial Disclosure Reports and Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports filed by Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack and Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Krysta Harden.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

For item 3 of your request, you asked for all Public Financial Disclosure Reports and Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports filed by Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack and Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Krysta Harden
