Matt Cameron,
USCIS received the attached Freedom of Information Act request asking for all documents and/or internal communications regarding "World Refugee Day" from May through June 2019. USCIS assigned your request case number COW2019500693. USCIS is currently unable to conduct a search based on your request. However if you could provide additional information our office would willing to search for records you need.

DHS regulations state requesters must describe the records with sufficient details to enable a reasonable search (CFR 5.3(b)). Your request for all records relating to World Refugee Day does not reasonably describe the records you are seeking. Your request at face value would require a search across the entire agency for any records that may relating to World Refugee day. This type of search is not possible nor required under the FOIA. Please provide any additional information such as specific events, USCIS offices, USCIS employees, etc. that would allow our office to conduct a non-random search.

Please feel free to respond to me directly or you may call me at my telephone number below to discuss your request.
