Grace,
I am working on your request which was assigned the above referenced case number, received by us on October 5, 2017. I would like to clarify what you are seeking. In your original request, you asked for:
The total number of Notice to Appear (NTA) or Referral requests received by USCIS from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
While USCIS does not have records on NTAs referred from ICE as USCIS would normal issue an NTA and forward those to ICE, we may have records on NTAs issued by USCIS and forwarded to ICE. Is this along the line of what you are seeking? If so, what is the time frame are you looking for?
I look forward to assisting you in getting the information you are looking for.
