To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All memorandums, directives, plans, and related materials regarding the establishment of processes and orders for the purpose of denaturalization and the associated review of naturalization and deportation cases at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
According to Director L. Francis Cessna, “We finally have a process in place to get to the bottom of all these bad cases and start denaturalizing people who should not have been naturalized in the first place.” This process included the hiring or redirection of dozens of lawyers and the creation of a new office in Los Angeles. Please provide materials on a rolling basis, making responsive documents available as they are reviewed.
