Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking a complete copy of the 1980 Kienlen report mentioned in wro99-01. A copy of wro99-01 is attached. A copy of what may be the cover page of the 1980 Kienlen report is also attached. The 1980 Kienlen report was a study of the riparian water rights on the Fresno River in Madera County, California. The copy of the 1980 Kienlen report on file at other government agencies may have missing pages and I am hoping that the complete 1980 Kienlen report is on record with the USBR. The total 1980 Kienlen report may be between 100 and 150 pages including maps. I am seeking a copy of the entire 1980 Kienlen report.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
