Morning Waqas,
I apologize for not responding to your request sooner. The FOIA duties were being re-filled so there was a delay in processing. Please allow a little more time - I will begin working on your request immediately.

Morning Waqas,
The only responsive documents we had originate with USAID, so the records were sent to their Information and Records Division for their consultation. Unfortunately, USAID is still processing the documents. If you'd like, you can also follow up with their office at foia@usaid.gov.
If you have not done so already, I also recommend submitting a FOIA request with USAID for the information you seek. You can do so at https://www.usaid.gov/foia-requests.
I hope that helps.
