This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Reports, memos, guidelines, procedures, summaries, and emails pertaining to cooperation, cybersecurity information sharing, and resource sharing with Ukrainian governmental authorities in the domain of cyberwar, specifically regarding major cyber incidents in 2017 including June 2017's malware attacks against Ukrainian targets (see: http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-40428967). Please include any processing notes made in completing this request. Ukranian authorities announced (see: https://ssu.gov.ua/en/news/1/category/21/view/3649#sthash.MU432gVc.9MexEOFN.dpbs) that the FBI was involved in the response to June's attack.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
