To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All agreement with Cameroon relating to defence, support to the Cameroonian military, training of the Cameroonian military and/or weapon sales to them.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
This request should be properly classified as a media request. I am a freelance investigative reporter covering covering East and Central Africa, with a particular focus on business, corruption, natural resources, land and social issues. I have a strong likelihood of publishing news articles based on information released in response to this request. I have previously been published in Le Monde Afrique, IRIN News, Sydney Morning Herald, African Arguments and others. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

USARAF received a 1 page document from RMDA thought to relate to your
request for information on 'US support of the Cameroonian military' for
USARAF to review and possibly release.
However, the file is not related to any files created or maintained by
USARAF, an additional search has not turned up any files (on this subject)
that have not already been released to you under FOIA case# FP-18-025528.
