Dear Mrs. Rock,

After reading your FOIA request we are referring it to our Region 9 FOIA office for processing as the search terms of operations you mention are in their region. If you have any questions you may contact them directly at SM.FS.R9FOIA@USDA.GOV<mailto:SM.FS.R9FOIA@USDA.GOV> .

Thank you,

From: U.S. Forest Service

Dear Mrs. Rock,

It appears this request is very broad and to conduct a proper search for all email ending in @USDA.GOV we are referring it to our USDA FOIA office for processing as it is for records outside of just the Superior National Forest. If you would like to narrow your search area to reduce fees you may do so.

At this time we are referring this case to our USDA FOIA Office for processing.
